We are hiring the best talent for **REQUISITIONS TO PAY SPECIALIST- Fixed Term (12 months)**, to be located in **Bogotá, Colombia**. The R2P Specialist will be responsible for carrying out alignment to and compliance with defined Source to Settle related Accounts Payable (A/P) specific operational processes & policies. These job duties include process operations of the Company’s Aged Trial Balance (ATB) debit/credit balance positions, A/P Duplicate Payment, Recovery Audit functional operations, coordination of the annual Supplier Statement solicitation & internal credit recovery operations, conducting A/P transactional compliance audits, providing support for Req-to-Pay related testing & reporting obligations, supplier risk & fraud management support, performing Escheat/Unclaimed Property process coordination and compliance reporting support (where applicable). In addition to conducting A/P operations compliance support functions, the R2P Specialist will complete various Regional/Local tax compliance and operational requirements including withholding process management. The R2P Specialist will have various financial compliance & performance reporting responsibilities including A/P Bank Reconciliation activities, cash flow & discount process performance monitoring. This position requires regular communication to internal and external customers, ad-hoc report development for R2P related project needs. **Other responsibilities may include**: - Provide support/feedback to R2P Regional management on operational improvements - Participate and/or lead project efforts related to R2P A/P operations. - Participate in customer service efforts within the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) Organization - Compliance with all required training - Work closely with the S2S Global Leadership to align on standard process, technology and org design (including continuous improvement and compliance) **Qualifications** **Love this role?
