Utilize **applicant tracking systems (ATS)** and job boards to manage and optimize recruitment pipelines. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs. Stay up to date with U.S. labor trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies. **What We’re Looking For**: **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. **1-2 years of experience** in full-cycle recruitment, preferably for U.S.based roles.
