As Whizz continues its expansion, we are augmenting our Remote Sales & Support team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude for sales and customer support. Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads. - Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements. - Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients. - Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements - C2 level fluency in English, as daily communication with native speakers is a core component of this role. - A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position. - Reliable high-speed internet connection. - Availability to adhere to the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time). - Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
