As a Bid Manager, you play a crucial role in the business development process, overseeing the preparation and submission of proposals for new projects and contracts. Your primary objective is to ensure that bids are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. You collaborate with various departments, manage timelines, and lead a team to deliver high-quality submissions that win new business. How You’ll Make an Impact Take care of the preparation of offers for products in the North LATAM region. Establish close contact and collaborate with team members such as sales, finance, factories, and execution units. Prepare offers for public and private customers. Assist and support the customer in developing the Mexican market using Siemens Energy's network and resources. Ensure compliance with and enforcement of protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integrated management system (EHS, Quality). What You Bring University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Over 5 years of professional experience as a bid manager in the electrical sector. Technical knowledge in the transmission and distribution segment. Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional working proficiency level. Strong soft skills, including good communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and result orientation.
