Job Title: Compliance Manager, Employee Relations Investigations We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Group Compliance team in handling complex investigations involving EEO laws, civil and human rights, and policy violations such as discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying, and retaliation. About the Role: This role is responsible for leading or assisting with employee and industrial relations investigations across global locations, reporting findings and conclusions. Main Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough, fair, timely investigations including root cause analysis and remedial recommendations. - Assist the Director of Investigations as needed. - Maintain accurate case records in the case management system. Requirements: - Degree in law, human resources, or related field. - Specialist training in investigations, including interviewing techniques, preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of forensic and eDiscovery tools advantageous. - Extensive knowledge of EEO, civil rights, harassment, bullying, and workplace investigations. - Experience leading complex investigations and interviewing techniques. - Understanding of Modern Slavery compliance. - Excellent report writing skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels. - High integrity, proactive, detail-oriented, empathetic, and professional.
