Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the creation of high-impact visual content across digital and print platforms. This hands-on role requires end-to-end ownership of the creative process—from concept to execution—ensuring every output strengthens and elevates the visual identity of brands like Faasos and Sweet Truth. Responsibilities: - Own the full design lifecycle — from briefing and ideation to development, feedback, and delivery. - Manage product shoots and video campaigns. - Ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints, including digital ads, packaging Design, web, social media, offline campaigns, and internal branding. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and D2C to deliver bold, insight-driven design solutions that shape perception, drive engagement, and fuel brand growth. - Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative. - Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push creative boundaries. - Oversee and coordinate with external vendors and creative partners when required. - Maintain updated design documentation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. - Define and monitor design success metrics. - Understand and apply social media trends to enhance content relevance and engagement. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Commercial Art, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years leading campaign development. - Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform design experience (digital, print, motion preferred). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma). - Knowledge of Generative AI tools, ChatGPT, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus. - Keen eye for typography, layout, and brand systems. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for storytelling through design and a refined visual aesthetic.
