We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of SCCM Administrator. "> Job Description - The SCCM Administrator will be responsible for administering and overseeing the Global SCCM platform, ensuring consistency and alignment with best practices. - This includes identifying and configuring distribution methods for software deployments, auditing hardware and software inventory, and managing configuration drift. - The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SCCM, Active Directory, Cloud services, SQL, and PowerShell. - In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. - The SCCM Administrator will be responsible for recommending and enforcing policies and standards for security and compliance, creating and maintaining documentation for procedures and design, and optimizing and integrating applications and services across the enterprise. - They will also provide Tier III support and deep expertise in desktop/application troubleshooting, develop and maintain automated processes for software delivery, OS deployment, and configuration management, and generate reports on application installation, patch status, and client health. - The SCCM Administrator will collaborate with global support teams and vendors, manage Application Lifecycle in the VDI environment, ensure patch and application compliance across all devices, track and report platform performance, and develop custom reports for ongoing initiatives. - This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the Information Technology department, requiring strong skills in organization, planning, and multi-tasking, as well as high-level professionalism, business acumen, and interpersonal effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience recommended. - Experience and solid knowledge in SCCM, Active Directory, and Cloud services. - Experience with SQL and PowerShell. - Strong skills in organization, planning, and multi-tasking. - Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. - High level of professionalism, business acumen, and interpersonal effectiveness.
