Logistics Specialist I Role Summary This is a dynamic role for an experienced logistics professional to coordinate product receipts and monitor material transfer processes. The successful candidate will join a world-class team and play a crucial part in advancing clinical projects by ensuring efficient and safe logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate product receipt from arrival at facilities until release in the GPM system. - Process medication and supply orders to medical facilities, request receipt acknowledgments, and manage deadlines. - Collaborate on new project initiations, coordinate with medical centers for shipment and return of materials, and ensure timely registration. - Generate administrative starts for projects, crafting necessary folders and forms, and develop metrics for suppliers. - Monitor material transfer processes, request final product disposals, advise medical centers on shipment procedures, storage conditions, and documentation, and detect deviations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics operations, health areas, administration, or related fields. - At least one year of experience in similar tasks within the pharmaceutical industry or logistics companies. - Knowledge of GxP standards, local regulations, and procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. - Customer service orientation with a proactive and flexible attitude.
