If you are an A+ professional with experience in multi-family real estate and a proven track record in project management, we invite you to contribute to their success and be part of a team that values both professional excellence and personal development. **Key Responsibilities**: - Learn, master, and optimize the functionalities of our ClickUp system for robust project management. - Ensure correct utilization of ClickUp across the organization and provide guidance to employees for best practices. - Oversee all system evaluations, pilot programs, launch preparations, and execution in ClickUp. Monitor system performance post-launch and address any inconsistencies or issues. - Lead a significant initiative to centralize our operations by establishing property pods and facilitating the transition of employees from on-site locations to our corporate offices. - Regularly liaise with all departments, fostering strong communication lines to ensure seamless operations. - Align the implementation strategy with other departmental needs and priorities. - Manage and mentor a diverse team of professionals, creating an environment of growth, productivity, and support. - Conduct meetings efficiently, drive initiatives forward, and ensure the successful execution of projects. **Requirements**: - Demonstrated success in project management, particularly with the ClickUp system. - Proven experience in multi-family real estate (preferred but not required). - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills. **Competencies**: - In-depth problem-solving ability - Courage of convictions in decision-making - Driving for results - Business acumen If you are ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our real estate operations, commitment to exceptional customer service, integrity, and a people-first approach.
