We are looking **SENIOR PERFORMANCE ANALYST** **RESPONSIBILITIES** *** - Partner with product manager to represent the product vision and business problems to be solved by the delivery team - Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog - Write the acceptance criteria for each user story/feature, refine user stories, and accept completed stories - Work to remove impediments, participates in regular scrum team meetings and stand-ups, - Possess and provide authoritative knowledge on solution being developed - Ensure quality of features through facilitation and/or completion of user acceptance testing - Work closely with stakeholders on change management activities and production support process **QUALIFICATIONS** - BSc or relevant experience in fields related to data analysis (Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics) - Organized and able to meet deadlines in an agile environment (SCRUM-Agile Analytics-SAFe) - 5+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation of media performance. **SKILLS** - Fluent in verbal and written English - Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Datorama). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical mindset. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proactive and self-motivated. - Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects. - Knowledge of statistical methodologies and tools. - Previous experience in a role that involves interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
