The Modelling Manager will be involved in projects from a modelling perspective. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project briefs, identify the right analytic solutions, and guide team members to execute tasks error-free and on time. Responsibilities: - Execute analyses efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing errors. - Manage multiple analyses within projects and develop strategies to improve existing solutions. - Lead discussions with internal stakeholders and address project challenges confidently. - Conduct standard and non-standard analyses to provide high-quality proposals and insights. - Gain expertise in analytical solutions and assess model results, storyboarding client presentations, and guiding junior associates. - Explore innovative techniques to enhance existing solutions and contribute to research and development initiatives. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills with confidence and clarity. - 5-7+ years of experience in data analysis and modelling roles. - Knowledge of market research and FMCG/T&D; industry is preferred. - Experience with Market Mix Modelling (MMM) is beneficial. - Ability to work collaboratively and guide junior associates. - Thorough understanding of statistical techniques, including regression, cluster, factor analyses, forecasting, and significance testing. - Proficiency in R/Python for data processing and Python programming. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
