4 + years of experience in sales development or a similar role. Highly effective sales presenter with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Experience with social sales engagement and ABM campaign management. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales cadence tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to understand business problems and craft targeted sales solutions. Proven ability to meet quotas and sales targets. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Full proficiency in English – written and verbal (C1+ level). Soft Skills: Communication and intercultural understanding for North America. Competencies Sales Expertise: Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities and develop sales pipelines. Market Knowledge: Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. Customer Focus: Understanding and anticipating client needs. English communication skills (C1+) to communicate directly with clients. Result Focus: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets. Office tools knowledge and management Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels. Sales tools: Salesforce.com, Outreach, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Qualified chatbot, ChatGPT. The Inside Sales Representative support to include the following duties/responsibilities: Develop, manage, and execute ABM campaigns in partnership with marketing and field sales teams. Expand the web of influence within target accounts, developing relationships with C-suite and other key decision-makers. Create winning sales strategies to address business problems identified within target accounts. Leverage digital tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot, Outreach, and CRM platforms. Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, video, email, and social media. Conduct research on companies and industries using social media, the internet, and other tools. Represent Sodexo at trade shows and industry events. Collaborate with field sales to support the progression of leads through the sales funnel. Maintain and report accurate sales activity and progress in Salesforce.
