Here’s what you need to know about this position: THE WORK - Build and maintain internal developer platforms to streamline application development and deployment - Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and other automation tools - Collaborate closely with Dev Ops and engineering teams to improve infrastructure and deployment workflows - Develop and enhance tools and processes that boost developer productivity and reduce deployment times - Lead technical design and architecture initiatives for scalable and maintainable software systems - Manage version control, release strategies, and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and stability - Drive continuous improvement in developer experience through process automation, documentation, and team training NEEDED EXPERTISE - Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation, especially Git Hub Actions - Proficiency in container orchestration and deployment with Kubernetes - Solid experience managing and architecting cloud infrastructure on AWS - Skilled in backend and full-stack development, with experience in Java, Ruby, or similar languages - Deep understanding of software architecture patterns such as clean architecture, microservices, and monolithic systems - Expertise in version control systems (Git, Git Flow) and release management best practices - Proven ability to lead technical design, collaborate across teams, and promote agile development methodologies OUR BENEFITS & PERKS - We pay in USD on a platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose. - Paid Company Holidays. - Medical, Safety, & Wellness benefits - Free live business language classes - …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
