The Procurement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our supply chain is reliable, cost-effective, and ready to support customer demand. Responsibilities: Source and procure raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to support customer orders and internal production needs Research and vet new suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, compliance, and delivery performance Maintain accurate purchase order data and proactively manage open orders, delays, and shortages Collaborate with production, fulfillment, and customer care teams to ensure material availability and minimize disruptions Track inventory levels and lead times to inform purchasing decisions Analyze pricing trends, negotiate terms with suppliers, and identify cost savings opportunities Work with Finance to support invoice reconciliation and vendor setup Ensure supplier compliance with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor performance evaluations Must-Haves: 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for basic data analysis and reporting Technically proficient and able to learn an inventory management system Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal English skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with chemicals, lab supplies, or regulated goods Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) Knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality systems in a regulated industry Salary in USD + Incentives per performance Work Monday to Fridays / No Weekends 15 PTO`s + 2 Family Days Career growth opportunities!
