Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer Description: This leadership role involves driving the strategic and operational growth of the marketing function to increase revenue, enhance customer engagement, and elevate brand positioning across all touchpoints. The Chief Marketing Officer will oversee all facets of marketing, including CRM and database marketing, segmentation, digital and content marketing, PR and media relations, events, internal communications, and marketing analytics. - Create a scalable marketing organization with structure, process, and talent that can support both current business and future growth. - Develop and implement a hybrid resourcing model blending external agency support and an in-house marketing team. - Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives to reinforce the brand's impact and presence in the communities it serves. - Design and implement a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth and customer experience enhancement. - Partner with agency and internal stakeholders to deliver targeted campaigns across customer and prospect segments. - Promote the firm's service offerings—Executive Search, Professional Search, Staff Augmentation, RPO, and HCCC—to relevant audiences. - Develop and execute CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. - Oversee CRM technology implementation and optimization to support personalized marketing campaigns. - Leverage email marketing tools to nurture talent communities and buyer audiences; create content-rich newsletters and campaigns. - Segment audiences by customer type, function, industry, geography, and service line to target communications effectively. - Differentiate campaigns and outreach strategies between current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have experience bringing concepts to market through programs with multi-channel marketing tactics that range from communications to branding, etc. They should also have previous experience managing a growth-driven marketing function in a successful business-to-business organization in excess of $100M in revenue. Requirements: - Data-driven mindset to measure, manage, and optimize marketing efforts. - Strong planning experience and thoughtfulness in developing short-, mid-, and long-term approaches to build marketing departments. - - Able to retain information and continuously apply knowledge to produce results. - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
