Full Time Paid Media Specialist (Colombia) We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with proven experience in media planning/buying, campaign management, and digital ad operations - with an emphasis on paid social, search, programmatic and video campaigns. You will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Remote - Colombia Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm PST Qualifications: Senior level campaign management experience in paid media, with a focus on paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), search, and programmatic campaign management. Demonstrated experience in audience research , media planning , and buying, with the ability to develop cross-channel strategies. Strong proficiency in campaign management tools such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms. Ability to analyze complex performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external vendors, adapting to individual account needs and communication styles. A self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities: Collaborate on B2C/B2B paid media strategies and campaign budget recommendations Manage the day-to-day trafficking and execution of digital ad campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, and other key platforms. Oversee campaign pacing, performance tracking, and budget management to ensure accurate spend and positive outcomes. Conduct regular ongoing performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimization strategies. Manage quality assurance (QA) for campaign launches Act as a point of contact with media vendors for troubleshooting issues with platform support teams and resolving technical ad delivery/tracking problems. Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize creative elements, audience targeting, and overall campaign performance. Deliver regular reports providing insights on campaign performance, including cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
