design a user-friendly and intuitive landing page experience clearly communicate the value proposition of the client to referred small business owners build trust and credibility with users coming from external sources provide clear and prominent calls to action (form submission or phone call) address the specific needs and potential pain points of users in the ooa, affiliate, and declination categories ensure the design is visually consistent with the brand (refer to the client page visual style, do not have to stick to this layout/template but do need to keep the logo, navigation, footer, and colors as is)
