Join to apply for the auxiliar nomina/talento humano /sst role at sport&co we are seeking an auxiliar de nómina/talento humano with knowledge in safety and health at work; organized and proactive, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as correct application of deductions and benefits. the ideal candidate should have skills in data management and basic knowledge in this area. responsibilities calculate and prepare bi-weekly or monthly payroll. enter and verify employee data (absences, permissions, etc.). ensure correct application of deductions (social security, loans, etc.). issue payment receipts. assist in managing payment-related incidents (salary errors, etc.). archive and maintain payroll-related documentation in an organized and confidential manner. meet payroll payment deadlines. handle social security affiliations and incapacity processes. requirements academic background: technical in administration, accounting, human resources, safety and health at work, or related fields. experience: at least 1 year in administrative or payroll tasks. knowledge of basic office tools (excel, word). basic knowledge of labor and fiscal legislation (preferred). experience with payroll systems (preferred). skills high organization and attention to detail. good time management and ability to work under pressure. service attitude and teamwork skills. we offer full-time contract. salary: $1,700,000 cop. schedule: monday to saturday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (compliant with legal hours). additional requirements...
