Meta-game systems designer we are seeking a skilled meta-game systems designer to contribute to the development of engaging and profitable game economies. this role requires expertise in designing and implementing meta-game systems, monetization mechanics, and content balancing for token-based games. main responsibilities: - create game economies that balance player engagement with revenue growth - conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices - collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of tokens into our games - pitch creative ideas for new features and projects, incorporating web 3 features and tokenomics - work with the design team to create sustainable tokenomics for games or collections key requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a game economy designer, or equivalent background - 1+ year of experience working on blockchain-oriented products (games, dapps) - advanced knowledge of live product and monetization & liveops practices - good knowledge of token & nft monetization models: play 2 earn, play & own, one token economy, 2 token economy - good knowledge of tokenomics (market cap, diluted, issuance etc.) - advanced knowledge of free-to-play economy and monetization fundamentals - proficient in data analysis and modeling to optimize game economies - proven experience mentoring junior team members - proficient english with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills - collaborative spirit and love of teamwork about us: this is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experi...
