Job description we're looking for a skilled marketing professional to join our team. as a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building market and consumer understanding, creating client presentations, and developing innovative marketing programs. key responsibilities: - develop in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. - create, deliver and support client presentations tailored to the client's specific needs. - work with sales and evaluation teams to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs. - help design marketing programs to address client needs. - build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. - foster sharing amongst marketing team members across categories and regions. requirements: - professional degree in marketing or related field. - post-graduate studies in innovation or innovation methodologies (desired). - 5-6 years of experience in industry, in marketing or related field, ideally in both agency and client sides. - verbal and written command of english, spanish native. - experience running or being part of product innovation projects. - understand and utilize information from systems (miriad, ibis, fragranceland etc). - ability to analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding. - demonstrate competent olfactory skills, can recognize olfactory notes and communicate in fragrance language. benefits: - annual bonus. - medical insurance coverage. - career development opportunities with access to virtual lear...
