"> key responsibilities: "> - draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors. - support leadership with new initiatives, including product development and intellectual property matters. - provide guidance on the intake-to-procure processes for vendors, including onboarding. - identify legal issues and risks that may impact our organization. - follow up on regulatory matters under different frameworks. - collaborate with an international team of lawyers to establish contract templates and workstreams. - analyze and track non-disclosure agreements (ndas). - manage contracts effectively. "> requirements: "> - law degree from a reputable institution. - 5+ years of experience in similar roles in-house or in a law firm. - strong knowledge of commercial law. knowledge of corporate, labour, or ip law is highly desirable. - proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts with a pragmatic and commercial approach in english. - excellent written and verbal communication skills in english. - ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - highly organized and proactive with a sense of urgency.
