Faculty position in psychiatry residency we are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services, particularly to underserved communities with limited healthcare options. our diverse patient population benefits from a wide range of healthcare and outreach services provided by our culturally and individually diverse staff. job responsibilities: - teach and mentor residents and students in our family practice residency program through hands-on experience and precepting services. - offer administrative support through curriculum design and evaluation, planning, clinical supervision, special projects, and program development. - deliver direct patient care in residency clinic. - evaluate and assess resident performance. - conduct teaching sessions through lectures, seminars, conferences, and direct patient care experiences. - maintain a balance between educational, administrative, and clinical responsibilities. requirements: - three years of postgraduate work experience is highly recommended. - board certification is mandatory. - cpr (bls), or advanced cardiac life support, advanced trauma life support, or advance resuscitation training certifications are required. - a valid dea license is necessary. - graduation from an accredited medical school is required. - bilingual capabilities in english and spanish are highly desired. - demonstrated ability to foster good working relationships with employees, coworkers, and departments. - knowledge of education techniques, practices, and tools is essential. - a commitment to community medicine is mandatory....
