The master plumber is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various settings, including residential, commercial, construction sites, and industrial buildings. they are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, as well as ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes, and meeting all safety standards and regulations. key responsibilities: - oversee the installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment - assist plumbing trade leads with re-work/re-designing of systems when needed - meet with engineering team regarding any re-work/re-design when needed - diagnose and resolve plumbing issues both in the factory and on our construction sites - advise on plumbing system maintenance and upgrades - inspect plumbing to ensure safety standards are met - ensure the final product meets all code and safety standards - helps to oversee the plumbing stations and coordinates needs with area managers, supervisors, and qa - submit any changes needed to make the shops what staff need to get the job done - collaborate with the design team to optimize designs - step in when needed to help keep production line or construction work moving - assist or complete weekly inventory for materials/supplies - assuring all materials/supplies needed to complete a job on site are available - communicate with supply chain when needed - oversee the entire on-site completion process. this includes pulling permits, organizing and managing all on-site work to its completion, and following through until final inspection is complete. r...
