The role of a regional training coordinator gea is one of the world's largest systems suppliers for various sectors, including food and beverage. our portfolio includes machinery, plants, process technology, components, and comprehensive services. this role plays a strategic part in strengthening the capabilities of our service organization across the americas. it is critical to ensuring that technical and commercial teams are trained, aligned, and equipped to deliver high-quality service. the training coordinator will lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of all training activities in line with the global lpt service strategy, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and measurable impact. key responsibilities: 1. developing the regional training roadmap - develop and maintain a regional training roadmap based on business needs and competency frameworks. 2. execution of training programs - coordinate execution of training programs for internal teams (technicians, sales engineers, service leaders) and customers. 3. deployment & tracking of learning programs - ensure timely execution of onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs. - track training kpis, including completion rates, certification coverage, and training hours. 4. supporting local trainer development - collaborate with global training centers and identify local smes/trainers to support decentralized delivery. - adapt global content to local requirements and lead the delivery of blended learning formats. 5. stakeholder collaboration & customer interface - align with hr, tech...
