Job overview: we're seeking a skilled sales enablement specialist to drive marketing efficiency and lead development processes. this role will play a critical part in ensuring the health and efficiency of our marketing execution, from campaign setup to lead creation and scoring. the ideal candidate will serve as a neutral, cross-functional partner to monitor, report on, and analyze marketing and lead development processes. main responsibilities: - support the build, deployment, and optimization of marketing efforts via automation tools, including templates, workflows, triggers, smart campaigns, lead scoring, database health, utms, and qa for accurate execution. - ensure all marketing efforts are set up according to best practices, in alignment with established processes, are effective, scalable, and measurable so that every marketing touchpoint is attributable. - collaborate closely with digital and field marketing teams to identify gaps and underperforming sequences or system/tool setups; and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and ensure marketing is optimizing and measuring its efforts. - work closely with marketing leadership and sales enablement to ensure teams are using tools/campaigns effectively and making necessary updates based on performance data. - support the use of approved sales enablement tools to be most effective and consistent. serve as the primary liaison with tool support to troubleshoot issues, roll out new features, and optimize platform usage based on evolving business needs and best practices. - maintain data integrity & cleanup vi...
