Get ai-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. at boom shot media, we specialize in helping skydiving companies grow their brands and fill their planes. we're marketers who speak the language of skydivers — confident, data-driven, and a little cocky. we execute with precision, cut through fluff, and deliver growth that scales. now we’re building the next evolution of our team — and we need an internal marketing badass to help boom shot grow its own brand. about the role this isn’t a client-facing role. you’ll be the in-house engine driving boom shot’s marketing. from distributing our founder’s video content to building nurture funnels in gohighlevel, you’ll own the internal machine that keeps bsm top of mind, top of feed, and top of search. you’ll start as a collaborative partner, learning the voice and strategy of our founder. within 90 days, you’ll be executing campaigns with autonomy — turning raw video and strategy into polished, on-brand content across all key platforms. core responsibilities - turn video content (webinars, podcasts, video posts) into: blog posts, lead magnets, email sequences, & short-form video and social media content. - build and deploy internal marketing automations in gohighlevel, including: email/sms campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, outreach workflows. - distribute boom shot media content across: social media, email newsletter, sms and web forms. - build campaign dashboards and reports: and extract key metrics from ga4, meta ads, and gohighlevel - assist in building case studies and social proof - invite and coordinate ...
