important note: this position requires flexibility with working hours. we're seeking a talented senior multimedia designer to join our team and create engaging content that resonates with the audience. you'll work on a variety of projects, from illustrations and social media designs to animations and videos, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand's visual presence. what you'll do: lead creative execution: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
multimedia content creation: design and produce product illustrations, social media graphics, digital ads, logos, and other materials for both print and digital use.
animation & video: lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and video content that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
mentorship & best practices: provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers; champion design best practices and consistency across all projects.
tool mastery: expertly use adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign, after effects, premiere pro) to deliver polished, professional content. our ideal candidate:
