**responsibilities**: cayenta is experiencing growth with several large new implementation projects about to kick off and we have found that we have a need to have someone who is able to provide ps systems support and analysis to our growing pm and ps teams. the role of the ps systems analyst will be to provide support to the professional services teams using the various ps tools implemented by the business unit. what your impact will be: - administration of the cayenta testing management and professional services automation solutions including project setup, workflow management, user setup and template administration - administration & support of the sharepoint sites used during project execution including site setup, maintenance and user administration - administration & support of internal jira solution used for coordinating work tasks between multiple departments - working closely with project managers and harris finance group to support project working capital reporting - planning, development and administration of project analysis reports to support project execution including budget reporting, testing & defect metrics, schedule reporting at both the project and portfolio levels - provides feedback to management team to help improve the tools or aid in the overall implementation process **what we are looking for**: - project coordination and administration experience - experience using professional services automation solutions - proficiency in developing and maintaining reports using power bi - ability to handle competing priorities **what we can...
