We are looking for a customer-focused, technically skilled integration engineer to support our smart biometrics business unit in colombia. this role bridges the gap between technical product capabilities and customer requirements, acting as a trusted advisor during pre-sales, proof of concept, and solution design stages. the successful candidate will report to the client integration & support manager (noram) and collaborate closely with the regional director of sales to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. key responsibilities serve as a technical advisor during sales engagements, supporting the promotion of idemia’s biometric solutions. provide in-depth product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and highlight competitive differentiators. lead technical efforts during proof of concept (poc) phases: interpret and validate customer requirements. support partners and system integrators with solution setup and implementation. serve as the primary technical contact throughout the poc lifecycle. collaborate on solution architecture and product-fit discussions for customer projects. present proposed architectures and respond to detailed technical inquiries from stakeholders. act as the voice of the customer , relaying market needs and product feedback to product management. monitor industry trends and competitive landscape; advise on necessary product enhancements. work cross-functionally with support and sales leadership to track and resolve open technical issues impacting customers. maintain regular activity reports, including weekly and monthly summaries for ...
