A global leader in digital performance, driving innovation and results for top brands such as lvmh, l’oréal, carrefour, löle, christie’s, rudsak, ba&sh, dior, warner bros, raileurope, club med, and 400+ others. who you are you are an organized, proactive, and curious individual that is interested in the performance and operations of paid media campaigns. as part of our media factory team in colombia, reporting to our montreal office, you’ll solely focus on platform related work to paid media (search and social media buying). responsibilities the media operations specialist supports internal client teams with executing all day-to-day media buying operations in the management of several paid media accounts. key responsibilities include: execute paid social and search campaigns with a focus on performance. follow a maintenance & optimization schedule across various accounts. perform a series of different campaigns and optimization tasks related to paid media. provide reporting support to internal teams (data pulling & insights). required skills and experience fluent in english, comfortable performing work completely in english. 2–5 years of experience in paid media (google ads & meta required, programmatic tiktok, linkedin, microsoft ads, or pinterest is a strong asset). business professional knowledge of all google workspace related apps. strong computer skills: advance knowledge of ms excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports). experience using google analytics, core metrics, and other analytics platforms. desired attributes and core values capacity to perform ...
