Descripción del trabajo: técnico en soporte dispatch requerimos un técnico experimentado en itil, con más de 1 año de experiencia en la mesa de ayuda, sistemas de respaldo y conocimientos en redes. mantén el funcionamiento correcto de hardware, redes y sistemas a través de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, instalación de sistemas operativos, diagnósticos del mal funcionamiento del hardware y el software y asistencia técnica al usuario final. actividades clave: ejecutar actualizaciones del sistema operativo windows 10 en aplicaciones de laboratorio integradas con instrumentación. implementar seguridad basada en windows, incluidos permisos de usuario/grupo, permisos de archivo/carpeta, políticas de grupo, políticas de seguridad local, etc. actuar como contacto de soporte técnico de ti para los ingenieros de servicio de campo del oem/proveedor, actualizando los sistemas computarizados. actuar como enlace para consultas relacionadas con software/hardware, interactuando entre el cliente, el negocio y los equipos de ti corporativos. actuar como sme local para la instalación y configuración local de empower lac/e. condiciones de trabajo: horario flexible, incluyendo opciones de trabajo remoto o freelance. opcionalmente, disponibilidad para realizar visitas programadas de 8 horas. salario competitivo por día de trabajo laborado....
