Get ai-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. schedule: monday–friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm est compensation: $1,200 usd/month we’re looking for a results-driven marketing specialist to help shape and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy. this role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on—able to design a complete marketing plan while also implementing and optimizing campaigns across platforms. a key focus of this position will be retargeting reverse search traffic (people searching competitors, related services, or alternatives) and turning that passive interest into qualified leads. key responsibilities: develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to our goals, audience, and brand. build and manage campaigns across paid channels (google, meta, youtube, etc.) focused on traffic acquisition and conversion. identify and retarget users based on reverse search patterns (e.g. competitor keywords, alternative queries, adjacent market terms). design and optimize lead funnels using landing pages, ads, and follow-up automation. track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. collaborate on content, copy, and creative assets (either hands-on or with external help). explore new tools, tactics, and growth channels that align with our marketing goals. ideal qualifications: excellent leadership and communication skills 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth strategy. strong knowledge of...
