We’re hiring a full-time remote project specialist to support residential solar projects for a u.s.-based partner. you’ll manage homeowner communication, provide project updates, and keep crm records accurate throughout the installation process. we’re looking for someone sharp, composed, and proactive who speaks fluent english with a neutral or american accent, and brings customer experience, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to keep projects moving and clients engaged. ???? previous experience in the solar industry or related fields is a strong plus. key responsibilities: welcome calls: engage new homeowners within 24 hours of project initiation customer communication: respond to all homeowner messages (email, text, calls) within 30 minutes during business hours documentation handling: collect necessary documents at point of sale and log all communications in the crm project updates: proactively provide weekly updates and communicate delays or changes issue escalation: work closely with project managers and advisors to align messaging and resolve escalated homeowner concerns retention focus: guide homeowners through tough spots with confidence and clarity, minimizing churn required skills & profile: 2+ years in customer experience, account management, or project coordination roles background in solar, sales, or client retention is a strong plus confident, level-headed communicator who stays calm under pressure highly organized, process-driven, and quick to follow up comfortable using crms, gmail, slack, justcall, or discord fluent english with a neutral or ameri...
