We are looking for a passionate and energetic cultural curator for colombia, to join spotify’s editorial team team based in bogotá. in this role you will be part of the music team in colombia and the latin america region. in this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our marketing and pr teams to build and amplify the most culturally relevant stories happening in the world of music in colombia as well as in the world of latin music. you will contribute with your expertise to all sorts of music-related projects in the company, including music storytelling, playlist curation and cross-functional work with different teams in the country, the region, and beyond. you will bring deep cultural and music insights to craft highly engaging music stories and experiences for listeners, and you will help drive artist discovery through a large editorial ecosystem of playlists and tools. you will maintain a candid editorial voice while demonstrating a teammate spirit, a passion for analytics and will have your ear to the ground in the colombia and andean music community, with special attention to fandoms, trends and virality. as a music editor, you will be encouraged to make data-informed decisions. above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music! what you'll do be a culture guide and proactively identify music trends, stories, and opportunities for spotify. focus on creating and amplifying relevant music stories for our consumer-facing channels. work cross-functionally with other teams to fulfill company strategic goals and projects. support local and regional editor...
