draft and prepare immigration-related legal documents, including visa petitions, affidavits, appeals, and motions. submit immigration petitions and applications to relevant agencies, meeting all deadlines. ️ conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents. communicate with clients in english and spanish, addressing inquiries and providing updates. maintain organized case files and accurate documentation for immigration cases. ️️ prepare and review immigration forms for visas and other processes. ️ support attorneys with administrative tasks related to immigration cases. track visa deadlines and case progress, keeping attorneys informed.

requirements
