Design with impact. create meaning. we’re looking for a versatile, organized graphic designer to join our remote marketing team on a part-time contract basis, with potential to grow into a full-time role. you’ll be creating compelling visuals, marketing collateral, website content, and short-form videos for a variety of clients across industries, helping to establish the first design role on our team. this role is ideal for a designer with agency or freelance experience who loves to bring others’ visions to life, crafts meaningful stories with emotional impact, and designs for engagement across platforms while managing time and deliverables to meet deadlines. what you’ll do - design social media graphics and multi-slide carousels that communicate clear, engaging narratives - create marketing collateral like flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and slide decks - design simple website pages (we work in wix, but experience in similar platforms is transferable) - edit short-form social videos, cutting from longer source footage or assembling video/photo content into visually engaging stories. - collaborate with our director of marketing and project managers to deliver work that meets brand standards and campaign goals. what we’re looking for - 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, agency or freelance environment - a portfolio that showcases your storytelling ability and emotional design sensibility (we’re drawn to work that feels intentional and draws from best practices) - comfortable using a range of tools—we primarily use canva and wix, but...
