Business Leadership Role We are seeking an exceptional Business Unit Director to lead our dynamic team in driving growth, innovation, and strategic collaborations across the organization. This pivotal leadership role involves steering a high-performing team towards delivering innovative solutions, elevating client accounts, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of expanding portfolios, securing new business, and crafting bespoke talent and production solutions to meet clients' unique needs. The role encompasses a comprehensive strategic position that includes guiding market-specific digital design, creative development, and production oversight. You will need to navigate complexities in working closely with clients, both on-site and remotely, tailoring solutions that integrate seamlessly with their marketing and advertising ambitions. A deep familiarity and passion for producing captivating, business-driven creative content and digital advertising across a fully integrated channel mix is essential. Your agency background will bolster your credentials as a strategic visionary, working alongside clients and agency partners as an integral long-term business ally, shaping brand and marketing strategies while fostering high-level relationships across the group. Commercial acumen is a cornerstone of this role. You will be responsible for driving collective growth, with an astute command over financial forecasting, profit monitoring, and net revenue enhancement. Your success in this role will be underpinned by your capability to align commercial objectives with strategic vision. - Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for customer/partnership relationships and revenue growth for the US/West region - Partner with senior clients/partners to drive opportunity for growth, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong partnerships - Develop strong, respected relationships at a senior level across the group, to confidently interact with clients and challenging them when necessary, while maintaining a positive relationship - Escalation point for partners for any issues with teams, taking a problem-solving attitude and approach - Work closely with HODs to regularly review ways of working and drive capabilities in efficiency and/or implementing new or adapted processes to continue to drive account excellence - Identify and collaborate with business capabilities/verticals to convert business development and new business opportunities - Farm opportunities with bespoke creative briefs, working in collaboration with project management teams, creative teams to deliver first-class responses - Build integration and adoption of OLIVER+ engagement models, capabilities & offering into onsite teams/central teams, as well as driving the strategic framework at the centre - Work closely with regional leadership to act as a support in the development of the team and inspire and spot potential, leading by example, to motivate and inspire - Quarterly reporting to the business on account plans, presenting financial, strategic and growth forecasts Requirements: - Strong gravitas and ability to build relationships with senior & c-suite clients and customers, building trust in the accounts offering - Team player with a client-centric focus and possessing the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with teams and colleagues - Past experience in managing large numbers of stakeholders - Love of great creative and appreciation of the craft it takes to deliver it well - Meticulous attention to detail, establishing yourself as a safe pair of hands ensuring nothing falls through the cracks on the day-to-day management of the accounts - Manage expectations well, being clear, accountable, and transparent with all agency, client and internal stakeholders involved - Capable of thinking on your feet, happy to challenge and question areas that could improve and to push back when necessary - Good commercial acumen and financial management skills - Experience in managing an account that has gone through a business transformation - Competence in managing teams in a complex environment About Us: We value diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability in everything we do.
