A key part of our work involves improving a client's data visibility by architecting systems that provide actionable insights. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire a Solutions Architect to handle the increasing workload and help build new internal products, including low-code/no-code AI projects, that we plan to roll out to clients. We are looking for a senior, technical individual who can both design solutions and oversee their implementation About the Role We are seeking a senior, hands-on Solutions Architect to lead technical strategy and execution for a growing portfolio of projects. This is a pivotal hire, taking ownership of core technical responsibilities and laying the foundation for a future team. The role requires both strategic vision and deep technical ability, combining architecture, implementation, and leadership. You will lead our post‑sale service delivery operations. This is a dual-role that combines client-facing project management with oversight of internal service execution — you’ll own delivery timelines, help teams stay aligned, and serve as the go‑to person for customer questions and issue resolution. You'll manage a team of 5–10 and play a hands-on role in refining processes, spotting inefficiencies, and ensuring seamless system implementations. If you bring great communication skills, technical fluency, and a drive to lead and improve systems, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Own the full post‑sale delivery process: onboarding, setup, and long‑term client success Manage 5–10 direct reports — assigning tasks, monitoring delivery, and coaching for high performance Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fielding questions and managing updates via calls, emails, and shared dashboards Learn and oversee the systems that power our service — including CRMs, data platforms, workflow tools, and API‑connected tools Understand how data flows between tools, monitor for data quality or breakdowns, and escalate issues as needed Spot inefficiencies or risks in service delivery and work with internal teams to solve them proactively Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer support Provide stakeholders with regular updates, reports, and documentation Business Audit & Needs Assessment Conduct full audits of client technology stacks, including data capture methods and system limitations. Identify opportunities for improvement and gaps in existing infrastructure. Solution Architecture Design and recommend comprehensive digital transformation plans based on business context and goals. Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing prescriptive recommendations rather than reactive solutions. Implementation Oversight Create detailed implementation plans and oversee delivery, leveraging junior team members for basic tasks. Be prepared to execute complex technical implementations personally when required. API & Integration Lead integrations across multiple software platforms and ensure seamless data flow between systems. Internal Product Development Contribute to internal projects during downtime, including low-code, no-code, and AI-driven product development. Team Leadership Serve as a lead for future team members, setting technical direction and mentoring junior staff as the team grows. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in solutions architecture , able to translate business pain points into actionable technical designs. Strong proficiency with APIs and software integrations , including hands-on work with databases and system connectivity. Expertise in scoping business application functionality in alignment with client goals and desired outcomes. Practical understanding of AI and automation — able to identify where they add value rather than using them as buzzwords. Solid database experience and familiarity with cloud environments (Google Cloud experience is a plus).
