Business Development Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in the company's growth strategy by focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation to drive revenue growth. - You will be responsible for proactively initiating conversations with potential customers, identifying and qualifying leads through strategic outreach efforts. - Work closely with an Account Executive to develop and implement appropriate outbound prospecting strategies. - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to prospect and engage leads. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales environment. You should also be comfortable making daily cold calls and spending part of your day on both the phone and email. Requirements To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - A native language fluency in Portuguese and English is required. - You should have experience working with/in the Brazilian market. - A strong desire to begin a sales career path as a BDR and an account executive if you're new to sales in the tech industry. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales environment.
