Job Description We're looking for a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building market and consumer understanding, creating client presentations, and developing innovative marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. - Create, deliver and support client presentations tailored to the client's specific needs. - Work with sales and evaluation teams to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs. - Help design marketing programs to address client needs. - Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. - Foster sharing amongst marketing team members across categories and regions. Requirements: - Professional degree in Marketing or related field. - Post-graduate studies in Innovation or Innovation Methodologies (desired). - 5-6 years of experience in industry, in marketing or related field, ideally in both agency and client sides. - Verbal and written command of English, Spanish native. - Experience running or being part of product innovation projects. - Understand and utilize information from systems (Miriad, IBIS, Fragranceland etc). - Ability to analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding. - Demonstrate competent olfactory skills, can recognize olfactory notes and communicate in fragrance language.
