Purpose As a Manager Digital Payment Operations at adidas you are responsible for specific business processes affecting small to medium user groups. Your task is to drive standardization and continuous improvement of assigned processes in collaboration with markets and other business stakeholders. Together with your Payment Specialist colleagues, you are the key driver to establish a best-in-class payment landscape and solid risk management tools that help protect our Ecommerce business from fraudulent transactions. Driving best practices, success criteria and contributing to a culture of operational excellence are just a few of the key activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be the key interface for local business stakeholders and markets affected by the processes within your area of responsibility. Finally, you will keep a close eye on the payment consumer experience and collaborate with your cross-functional colleagues to ensure the process and experience is as frictionless as possible.- Day-to-day Operations - Support markets and agile teams on day-to-day issue resolution and operations within the correct regional epayments operations. - Function as a main counterpart for the Markets, Agile check out team and IT for daily operational Payment topics and to handle them in given timelines. - Support markets with day to day payment issue resolution - Country/Regional Management (Quarterly Business Review, Troubleshooting, Escalations) - Key Responsibilities- Define processes with global and local departments that will allow to leverage or build proper solutions with internal and external cooperation partners. - Be the main process counterpart for local stakeholders concerning market roll-outs or new functionalities in your area of responsibility. - Represent market demand for payment and risk management with Global Product Ownership, IT Solutions and Analytics. Drive prioritization and implementation of demands to achieve maximum business impact and efficiency - Assess the existing payment and risk management systems / processes to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements - Formalize and document the defined processes to provide transparency and sustained clarity for all stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement - Monitor and analyze epayment and risk processes continuously. Identify improvement opportunities and define respective solutions. - Conduct process reviews involving all relevant stakeholders to collect appropriate feedback and define/enrich a backlog of improvements. - Define change requests for new functionalities in sufficient detail for qualification and solution selection Document their implementation. - Key Relationships: - Agile product teams - Operations & Services Team - Digital Analytics teams - adidas Markets - eCommerce Management Team - eCommerce IT and Project Management - Global IT - Requirements - Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience - 5+ years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment - Advanced knowledge in respective domain (e.g. Payments, Consumer Engagement etc.) - Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies - Experience in platforms and payment methods. - Fluent English both verbally and written. - Knowledge of risk and fraud, integration of payment methods with information systems.
