(That’s 375,000 COP on the 2nd week of your referral and another 375,000 COP after regularization) There’s really no limit in referring, so refer as much as you can! **About the Company** **Key Responsibilities** **Recruitment Administration**: - Ordering of coffee orders for the BPAR workshop. - Setting up Job Ads on JazzHR and other free job sites. - Processing of Reference Checks - Sending of Criteria Test - Creating and sending of Job Offer Letter - Updating of Recruitment Job Life Cycle Tracker - Sending of Rejection Letters - Extraction of Database - Sending of job for the posting of Core Team - Uploading documents on FiltaDocs (SharePoint) - Other recruitment ad-hoc tasks **Marketing Administration**: - Checking the status of scheduled social media posts and ensuring that content is uploaded on time. - Sourcing of speakers for Facebook live events. - Responding to inquiries on various online platforms such as social media pages and websites. - Performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of digital marketing activities. - Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys. - Using online marketing analytics to collect data from websites and social media pages. - Preparing promotional presentations and organising promotional events. - Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website. - Experience writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases is preferred but not required. **Employee Onboarding**: - Employee set up on the appropriate Filta systems. - Setting employee expectations about regular reviews, employee check-ins, performance management systems, etc. Keeping the employee informed at every step through the onboarding process. - Coordinating delivery of equipment where necessary. - Supporting the client and employee experience specialists on required administrative tasks. **Position Requirements**: - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and operate within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. - High attention to detail, with an intrinsic drive to strive to always improve, achieve the highest quality of output and never settle for average. - Being self-aware with high EQ, realising the impact you have on the people around you and how your actions affect others. - An understanding of the high importance of confidentially and how that impacts our clients and staff. - Highly proficient technical ability with MS Office Suite and other software tools. - Understanding and knowledge of marketing strategies and processes. **Nice to have**: - Administrative skills or experience. - Understanding of recruitment dynamics. - Experience in implementing marketing plans. - Bachelor/associate degree related to the administration or marketing field. **Shift Time**: - 10:00 am - 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Bogotá - Work from Home) **What’s Next?** zkU3jkB1Vt
