We are looking for a Customer Success Manager / Partnerships Manager to join our team. You will report to the Senior Director and work hand-in-hand to help manage partners and coordinate across internal groups (including Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success) with the goal of building and managing the most robust developer and third-party ecosystem for restaurants and foodservice brands. Responsibilities: - Partnership management for third-party partners that include (but are not limited to) agencies, loyalty, marketing, data intelligence, consulting. - Maintain knowledge bases on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support onboarding strategic partners. - Work with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage the intake of partners to ensure they abide by best practices. - Drive insights through reporting and analysis of key performance metrics. - Work with Client's teams to answer any delivery, product enhancement, or developer support related questions and provide strategic direction. - Work with Client's billing and accounting teams to drive established reporting, billing, and collections with partners. Requirements: - Advanced English B2, B2+. - 2 years of hands-on experience in a partner-facing and account management role. - Excellent relationship management skills, including experience working with other departments and external partners, and executing against deadlines. - Proficiency in contract management and negotiation. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently. - Outstanding ability to solve problems using available resources and thoughtfully explain resolutions and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. - On-Site Nice to Have (optional section) - Experience managing and onboarding API partners. - Experience with SaaS platforms for enterprise clients - Basic database management skills Benefits and Perks: Indefinite contract Great job environment.
