JobDescription You are also expected to: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or teammembers; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meetexpectations. 2. Produce solid and effective strategies based onaccurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keenobservations that would impact the bottom line. 3. Identify thetraining needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skillsand knowledge. 4. Have a thorough understanding of the varioussystem tools and operational procedures utilized within theprogram. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis forchanges on promotions and updates. 6. Conduct all defined andrequired process compliance and adherence to all team members,partners, and third-party providers. Qualifications MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: 1. 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager. 2. At least 6 years of work experience in the same industry with 5+years of management experience. 3. Proficiency in English (B2 orabove). 4. Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Officeapplications. 5. Ability to efficiently manage time and keep trackof multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives. 6. Stronganalytical skills. 7. Demonstrated leadership skills. 8.
