We are seeking a Junior QA Manager who will ensure the overall IVVQ strategy is defined and maintained, and coordinate team activities to develop solutions. Manage and define all testing activities to assemble the solution and ensure it provides value to the customer. Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with the Project Leader to analyze the project, define a test strategy, and prepare test and acceptance plans. 2. Manage, assign, and schedule QA activities, creating and executing test plans and procedures to meet solution milestones. 3. Specify methods, resources, and environments, tailoring all IVVQ environments accordingly. 4. Develop validation strategies to ensure successful project implementation and approve lower-level solution elements to ensure QA consistency. 5. Oversee the integration of all solution components. 6. Monitor, review, and report on test progress, consolidating results related to solution specifications, design, architecture, and defect reviews. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, with 3 years in software validation. - Hands-on experience in software validation. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Understanding of inter-server communications (HTTP/HTTPS, POP/SMTP, FTP/SFTP, Sockets, TCP/IP). - Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher). Position Requirements - Availability to travel internationally within LATAM. - Colombian citizenship or valid work permit. - Hybrid role based in Bogotá, with office presence required.
