Job Description The Sales Farmer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with real estate agents and agencies. This role focuses on achieving predetermined sales goals through proactive engagement, positive attitude, and a process-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. As a Sales Farmer, you will be responsible for providing customers with the best possible journey, helping them achieve their goals, and contributing to their growth. This includes renewing client portfolios, reducing churn levels, expanding the company's client base, and exceeding monthly sales targets. Required Skills and Qualifications - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business. - Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
