We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to join our team in the Food Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food manufacturing and be able to liaise with various departments to ensure customer specifications are accurate and approved. Responsibilities: - Liaise with cross-functional teams to guarantee customer specifications are precise and compliant. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food labeling legislation and its future developments. - Respond to customer inquiries and make necessary amendments to specifications. - Review and update internal and external specifications to meet industry standards. - Collaborate with the Technical team to support customer visits, site audits, and traceability exercises. - Support commercial and planning teams in completing, issuing, and amending the internal product pricelist. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in technical food manufacturing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). - Prior experience with specifications and retail systems is advantageous. - TACCP expertise is also preferred.
