Job Summary: UX/UI Designer focuses on user needs: performs users research, creates user personas, develops prototypes and wireframes to weigh pros and cons of the UX/UI design, reviews collected user metrics and behaviors, and creates user stories, designs features in accordance with vision, mission and strategies of the product; collaborates with Development and Marketing teams (for unified style guides and visibility); possesses knowledge of market and competitors. Responsibilities: • Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences • Develop prototypes, wireframes and interactive diagrams to improve the overall user experience, whichincludes designing intuitive user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures • Review collected user metrics and behaviors to define how users interact with a product or system, including the design of interactive elements, animations, and transitions • Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of designs • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, align on design goals, and ensure on quality and the successful implementation of designs • Provide market and competitors research • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in work related to UX design. Fluent knowledge of tools like Axure and Figma in the field of interaction design and preparing tests with users. Experience in working with design systems. Ability to conduct workshops, including workshops with stakeholders. Experience in working with Call Center applications and bot solutions. Assertiveness, well-developed communication skills, and independence in action. Analytical thinking to solve problems. Creativity and ability to challenge the status quo. Proficient Reading, Writing and Speaking English. Must be able to work US EST hours. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in business, computer science or other related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
