Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue within a cluster framework. - Identify emerging market opportunities (corporate, MICE, leisure) and drive growth initiatives. - Represent our resort at national and international trade shows, roadshows, and workshops, showcasing our brand's excellence. - Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, agencies, and business partners, driving mutual success. - Provide guidance, training, and motivation to sales teams, aligning objectives and performance metrics. - Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decision-making. - Travel to assigned markets within the cluster structure, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Design and implement action plans to achieve our hotel's occupancy and revenue goals. - Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to optimize performance, ensuring seamless execution of strategies. - Stay updated on new sales technologies and tools in the hospitality industry, embracing innovation. - Monitor and analyze key sales metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), identifying areas for improvement. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions. Requirements: - Hold a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Commercial Management (higher degree preferred). - Minimum 3 years' experience in sales leadership within international hotel chains. - Proven track record in business development and contract negotiation. - Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Results-driven, proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and full availability for travel. - Experience in golf resorts and/or properties focused on sports, wellness, and health is highly valuable.
