Job Description Restaurant Manager We seek a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SO/ Sotogrande. As the leader of our dining operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a talented team of culinary and service professionals, and overseeing all aspects of restaurant management. - Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. - Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and special dining experiences. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. - Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. - Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences. Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or luxury dining establishments. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting. - Excellent knowledge of food and beverage pairing, with a focus on Spanish and international cuisine. - Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. - Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
